• Monitor Off-Leash Play: Supervise dogs to ensure safe and appropriate behavior in the off-leash areas. Intervene if necessary using positive, non-invasive techniques (training to be provided).
   

• Member Engagement: Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, answer questions about park rules, memberships, and events.
   

• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain clean play areas by promptly disposing of waste, refilling water stations, and wiping down surfaces.
   

• Safety Enforcement: Enforce park rules diplomatically with guests. Watch for signs of illness or distress in dogs and respond appropriately.
   

• Facility Support: Assist with opening/closing duties, minor maintenance tasks, and general upkeep of the grounds and amenities.
   

• Event Support: Help coordinate or staff social and pet-friendly events held at the club.

• Prior experience working with dogs (daycare, boarding, vet tech, shelter, etc.) strongly preferred.
   

• Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels.
   

• Ability to remain calm and confident in high-energy or emergency situations.
   

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and move quickly when needed.
