Fetch Social Club is dedicated to making our facility the cleanest and safest place for you and your pups to enjoy time together. Doing so means we are committed to enforcing vaccine records, monitoring dog play for healthy social interactions, and keeping the park well-maintained and disinfected appropriately. Your pup's membership helps us make that a reality.
No! Being a Fetch Social Club member provides you with extra perks and discounts, but you can also purchase a day pass for a one-time visit to the park. Purchase online and upload your vet records or purchase when you arrive - just make sure you bring vaccine records for entry!
Memberships are for the dogs! Humans are only charged for entry during specialty ticketed events.
No, all humans are welcome to visit Fetch Social Club at no cost! Humans are always free to check in, play with some fun-loving dogs, and grab a drink or snack from the bar.
All dogs need a day pass or membership to enter the Fetch Social Club facility.
Records of current vaccinations will be required for dogs to enter the facility. The easiest way to do this is to upload your pet's vaccine records in the Fetch Social Club app or email them to bark@fetchsocialclub.com before you visit the Club. Please note that if you email these records instead of upload them in the app, there may be a delay when you check in at the Club.
While we do not require dogs to be spayed/neutered to enter the park, it is encouraged. Female dogs in heat are not permitted. Should an unneutered male dog cause problems, our Park Attendants may request that dog to leave the park during that visit. If problems persist at the park, a behavioral assessment will be required before the dog is permitted entry back into the park.
We currently require all of the following vaccines to be up to date:
Rabies
DHPP/DHLPP
Bordetella
We also highly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine, but currently do not require it. Management reserves the right to require this vaccine at any time.
No, we do not allow any type of shock or electronic collars at our park. Retractable leashes longer than 6' in length are not permitted.
Safety is a top priority at Fetch Social Club. With our years of experience in the dog industry, we understand how important it is to keep dogs safe in a social environment. To ensure safe play, small and large dogs have separate play areas with trained Park Attendants to monitor social behaviors among the pup guests. We have partnered with the Dog Gurus to provide positive reinforcement training and behavioral assessment techniques for our staff.
Dogs are required to be on a leash upon arrival and on the patios. All entries into the park have a double gate system with a holding area between gates where owners can remove their dog’s leash and open a second set of gates to the dog park. Dogs must be off-leash in the park.
If you’re on a monthly membership plan, you can cancel anytime and your membership will stay active until the end of that billing cycle.
You can cancel your annual membership at any time and your membership will remain active until the end of your annual membership term. There are no cancellations or refunds except in special circumstances. Contact us for more details.
We enforce a maximum of 3 dogs per adult.
Dogs are not allowed in the cafe and bar per local health code requirements.
No. We take safety very seriously at Fetch Social Club. If you are not sure your dog is friendly and will enjoy this type of social interaction, we recommend you take a group training class to better understand your dog's behavior.
Fetch Social Club staff can also complete a behavioral evaluation on your dog if you would like us to do so before you purchase a membership. Call us to schedule an appointment for a behavioral evaluation. We are not able to accommodate walk in requests for evaluations.
Yes, we do allow dogs with muzzles in the park. We do ask that you make sure to notify a Park Attendant if you plan to go inside and leave your dog in the park to play so we can make sure they are appropriately monitored in your absence.

No, we love all dogs!
In all foster cases, we require approval from the rescue or owner before the dog may enter the park. Contact us for details.
If you are pet-sitting a dog with a membership, please have the dog owner add you as a contact for the dog membership in the Fetch Social Club app.

Only individuals aged 18+ can bring a dog to Fetch Social Club and they must have legal rights to act for the dog in case of an incident. Members can add authorized individuals to their account in the Fetch Social Club app for this purpose as needed.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children 14 years and older are welcome to enter the park. Children under 14 years are asked to remain in the cafe or on the on-leash patio unless it is a designated "kids' night."
For safety reasons, food is not permitted in the off-leash park. Guests are welcome to take drinks into the park. Food can be enjoyed on the patio or indoor cafe area.
Yes! We have you covered to "work from home," freelance, have a meeting with a dog-loving client, watch the game, host a corporate event, etc
We love service dogs at Fetch Social Club! The Founders met while training service dogs and we know the value they bring to their handlers and the community.
