Dog Park Rules

Fetch Social Club is meant to be a safe haven for you and your pup. We all have to work together to keep it that way. These rules aren't meant to hamper your fun, but instead keep you and your dog safe and happy. By entering the park, you agree to follow these rules and conditions. Thank you for helping us keep Fetch Social Club the place your dog deserves.

Entry Requirements

  • All dogs must have a single day pass or a monthly/annual membership to enter the facility, including the indoor and patio areas.

  • No dogs under 3 months of age except on select days advertised as puppy socialization days. Owners who choose to participate in puppy socialization at Fetch Social Club must understand the risk of communicable diseases in puppies.

  • All dogs are invited regardless of spay/neuter status; however, no dogs in heat will be allowed on the premises. Fetch Social Club highly recommends that all dogs are spayed/neutered at the earliest recommendation of your veterinarian.

  • All dogs must be current on vaccinations and in good health with no known injuries. Please upload vaccination records online via in the app or by email prior to arrival. We require current Rabies, Distemper (DHPP, DHLPP, DA2PP) and Bordatella vaccinations. Dogs with contagious health conditions are not permitted in the park. All dogs must be flea and tick free.

  • All dogs must be off-leash at all times in the park. Leash and unleash your dog inside the double-gated holding area, not inside the park.

  • Three dogs maximum per person. If you have more than three dogs, you must have another person with you at all times.

  • Off-leash play is at your own risk. Voluntary entry to the park is acknowledgement and consent of our liability waiver.

  • Only flat-buckle collars or harnesses should be worn by dogs. All leashes, choke chains, prong collars, head collars, and e-collars must be removed prior to entering the off-leash area. No e-collars can be used as a “leash” in on-leash areas.

  • Muzzles are welcome. If you would like further education on muzzles or muzzle training please speak to a staff member

  • All dogs in the park must wear a collar displaying current tags with name and contact info.

  • Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior.

  • By entering the premises, you permit Fetch Social Club staff (Park Attendants) to handle your dog if necessary and break up any fights that may ensue. This does not preclude you from monitoring your dog and assisting in these scenarios in which your dog may find itself.

  • Park Attendants may separate dogs, redirect them to more suitable play, or physically remove them from the premises when necessary.

  • Respect your Park Attendants. If asked to separate your dog, leash your dog, or remove your dog, kindly do so quickly. Ignoring a Park Attendant’s request may lead to removal from the park by management.

  • Dogs known to be aggressive are not allowed in the park. Dogs who display any form of aggression will be removed from the premises.

  • Bags and receptacles are provided to clean up after your dog if the park attendant is attending to other needs.

  • Dogs under 15 pounds are allowed in the large dog park at your own risk and you must stay with them at all times. If you leave the area, please put them in the small dog park. Dogs over 30 pounds are not permitted in the small dog park.

  • No human food, dog food, treats, or chews allowed in the off-leash area. Drinks are allowed in the off-leash area, but Fetch Social Club is not responsible for spills or dog interference with refreshments.

  • Outside alcoholic drinks are prohibited per Oklahoma law.

  • Foster dogs are allowed (and encouraged) with written consent from the rescue organization. Contact us for details.

Dog Behavior

  • Aggressive behavior. Park Attendants will do whatever they have to do to prevent the behavior from reoccurring (time-out, redirect behavior, etc.) Dogs displaying aggressive or bothersome behavior must be removed from the park area IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT DEBATE if requested by Fetch Social Club staff. You are responsible for your actions and those of your dog. Aggressive dogs may be banned for appropriate periods of time, as determined by the managerial staff’s sole discretion, and may be required to complete a temperament test before re-entering the park. Fetch Social Club does not reimburse memberships if your dog is asked to leave due to aggressive behavior.

  • Dog fights. Some experts recommend the following method for breaking up a dog fight: each owner grabs their own dog by the nape of the neck and pulls up and out away from the other dog, then holds onto the dog until they calm down. No method is risk-free, even your own dog could still bite you. Park Attendants are trained to read signs of aggression before a fight starts, but fights cannot always be prevented.

  • No bullies. Rough play is acceptable as long as it is consensual. Rough play is not accepted if the dogs involved aren’t comfortable with the situation. Mounting should be discouraged. If behavior ensues, and altercations are taken to stop the activity, the dog may need to be fully supervised by the owner or asked to take a time-out.

Human Behavior

  • Fetch Social Club is non-smoking both inside and out.

  • No outside food, outside drinks, glass containers, or dog treats are permitted in the park. You may bring your own dog toys into the park, but please be aware that other dogs may play with and/or destroy toys. Fetch Social Club is not responsible for outside toys brought into the park. If your toy is causing any resource guarding issues, you will be asked to put it away.

  • Food is allowed in the on-leash and indoor areas only.

  • While Park Attendants are present to watch the dogs and pick up waste, we ask that you pick up after your dog if a Park Attendant is occupied in another section of the park.

  • At no point can you leave the property without your dog unless you have purchased daycare or “errand care” for that timeframe. This may result in revocation of membership.

  • Although Park Attendants are available in the park to help supervise your dog, they are not intended to be the sole monitor. Make sure you are checking on your dog(s) periodically if you are not in the yard.

  • All children under 12 must remain on the patio or indoor dog-free or on-leash areas and must be under strict adult supervision at all times. Children may not climb on play equipment, run in the park, or tease/taunt dogs. Children under 15 years of age require a guardian to enter the off-leash park.

  • Members must either retain possession of their leashes or utilize leash racks. Fetch Social Club is not responsible for lost leashes; however we will do what we can to help you find them.

  • Members are responsible to ensure their dog(s) do not dig holes or cause other damage to park plants or property. If digging ensues after actions are taken to stop the activity, the dog may need to be fully supervised by the owner.

  • Fetch Social Club management staff has the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.

  • Please open only one gate at a time, and be careful not to allow other dogs to enter or exit with you.

  • If a human guest is intoxicated and unable to walk (with a dog) in a straight line, they will be sent home in a taxi or other form of independent transportation.

  • Dogs must be on leash when exiting the off-leash area.

  • Fetch Social Club is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused on our premises, and all human guests must be responsible for their dogs. If your dog causes any damage to a person or property by nipping, biting, or otherwise, you are responsible!
