Greet Guests: Warmly welcome members, guests, and their dogs upon arrival.
 

Dog Check-In: Accurately check in dogs using our membership and reservation system, confirm vaccinations, and note any special instructions or behavioral alerts.
 

Customer Service: Provide clear, courteous answers to inquiries about memberships, park rules, events, and amenities.
 

Administrative Tasks: Manage phones, emails, and scheduling inquiries. Maintain accurate records of visits and assist with daily reporting.
 

Merchandise & Sales: Assist with membership purchases, retail sales, and point-of-sale transactions.
 

Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure lobby and entrance areas remain clean and safe. Alert team members to any dog behavior issues or guest concerns.
 

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Park Attendants and management to ensure smooth communication and park flow.

Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
 

Comfortable interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes.
 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a lively environment.
 

Friendly and approachable demeanor with a team-first attitude.
 

Basic computer skills and comfort with scheduling or point-of-sale systems.
 

Must be 18+ years old.
